These limited edition Silk screen prints or Serigraphs, are a series of M. F. Husain’s works created by master print maker Anil Relia of Archer Art Gallery, Ahmedabad who has spent many long hours understanding Husain and  capturing the brilliance of life and the raging emotions of his paintings. Archer Gallery’s skills have been able to work wonders with Husain’s serigraphs scrolls that would now make them easily affordable and available to a large number of Husain’s admirers.

These Silk Serigraphs were shown first in China, the land of scrolls and Xu Beihong, the painter of horses and winding further east to Japan, the land of Hokusai, the master of woodcut prints. The silk scrolls will show various emotions of Mother Teresa and the various motions of the Horses. These vigorous, large scrolls  demonstrate Husain’s tremendous energy, raw power and physical vigor embodied in the metaphor of the horse combined with the equally powerful emotive energy of the mother and child, and the strength of nurturance and empathy that this metaphor stands for.
